This 18,900 sq ft letting is a further stage in the successful project following on from British Gas taking occupation of 4 Callaghan Square.
3 Callaghan Square is fully occupied to British Transport Police, the Commission for Equality and Human Rights, Lambert Smith Hampton and Scott Brownrigg amongst others.
