Next stage of development ready at Callaghan Square
The National Grid UK Pension Scheme has bought buildings 3 and 4 at Callaghan Square. In May 2009 MEPC obtained planning consent for another 500,000 sq ft and is in discussions with occupiers for a major pre-let. James Dipple, Director, said, ‘The sale of these two prime office buildings is a continuation of our strategy for Callaghan Square’.
