Basingstoke newest office building, Central 40 at Chineham Park, has been announced as the winner of the Commercial Workplace Award in the British Council for Offices (BCO) South West and South Wales category.

Next stage of development ready at Callaghan Square
The National Grid UK Pension Scheme has bought buildings 3 and 4 at Callaghan Square. In May 2009 MEPC obtained planning consent for another 500,000 sq ft and is in discussions with occupiers for a major pre-let. James Dipple, Director, said, ‘The sale of these two prime office buildings is a continuation of our strategy for Callaghan Square’.
